The Dalmore 25 Years ist ein Highland Single Malt Whisky von einer der bekanntesten Brennereien Schottlands. Seine 25 Jahre währende Reifung verbrachte der Whisky anfangs in Fässern aus amerikanischer Weißeiche. Anschließend reifte ein Teil in ehemaligen Fino Sherry- und der andere in First Fill Bourbon-Fässern, ehe die beiden Teile wieder miteinander vermählt wurden und ein letztes Mal zusammen in Fässer gelegt wurde, in denen zuvor Tawny Portwein gereift wurde. Dieses sogenannte Triple Finish hat dem 25-jährigen Dalmore einen einzigartigen Charakter verliehen.
